In short, I give you everything you need to get your Joyous Movement implementation off to a smashing success. Whether you’re managing a small boutique residence or a large chain of facilities, we will work together to design a solution that works for your staff and residents. 

LIVE CLASSES FOR RESIDENTS
Your residents will fall in love with the winning formula I’ve developed for highly-engaging Joyous Movement classes, and it will be an extra special treat to have me personally lead them and get them started on the right foot. Whether you’ve got a smaller facility or a larger one with multiple branches, we can offer classes in person or live over zoom to make sure everyone gets a chance to participate with me.   
LIVE TRAINING FOR STAFF MEMBERS
In addition to my online teacher training videos, I will come in to personally train and coach your staff in leading high-energy, dynamic, fun Joyous Movement classes.  This is more than an exercise or dance class.  Joyous Movement classes take participants on a multi-sensory journey through time and space.  There are some key ingredients to make it work and I’ll make sure your staff know all of them! 
COMPANION VIDEOS I’ll provide you with companion training videos that your staff can come back to reference again and again, as well as a joyous Movement video class that you can play for your residents if ever you find yourself short-staffed.

How Long Does it Take? 

Well, it depends on the needs of your organization, staff and residents as well as your location relative to my home in Santa Barbara, California.  Once you tell me more about your particular needs, I’ll put together a package just for you.  But in the meantime,  let me give you some ideas… (Packages can be on-location, virtual, or a combination of both.)

THE INTENSIVE: I come in for a 3- to 10-day long intensive, leading groups of participants in the morning and training your staff in the afternoons.

THE ONBOARDING: I come in once a week for three months, training your staff in the mornings and leading Joyous Movement classes for your residents in the afternoon.
