Video 1: Sample Class

This 45 minutes video is a full class with segments that were filmed in an actual classroom with individuals at varying stages of memory loss, Alzheimer’s and dementia. It will help show you how to facilitate showing the second video to your group and what a class with memory loss patients looks like.

Video 2: Class to Show Your Group

This video is a full class, filmed in a 12-part progressive sequence designed to create a full-body workout experience, which will lift the mood and spirit of the participants. It is filmed with “senior actors” and is designed to be clear and instructional so you can just hit “play” and encourage your participants to follow along.
