What does Dancing with Time mean? Joyfully ageless living.

I’m not young, I’m not old, I just am.

Dancing with time is a playful approach to life. It is re-interpreting your aging story positively, not seeking to be young but rather to live in a timeless dimension. It is practicing the conscious awareness of the Eternal dimension beneath all forms. Living this allows liberation before death, while you are still in form but not trapped by the chaotic machinations of the mind that drive you and create the dimension of incumbered linear time.

Dancing is a metaphor for this flow, unimpeded by the mind’s fear creations. This is the Joy of being. Movement is a way to claim consciousness from the mind. The mind is temporal and our essential inner life is eternal. We can from there!

It is to be fully engaged in the present moment with a roadmap of desire but unattached and non-resistant.

Eckhart Tolle in The Power of Now says:

“What does Timelessness mean?

When you let the past or future obscure your present you are creating time, psychological time. This is the stuff out of which drama is made. Whenever you are not honoring the present moment by allowing it to be, you are creating drama. When you live in the complete acceptance of what is, that is the end of all drama in your life. Through allowing the is-ness of all things, a deeper dimension underneath the play of opposites reveals itself to you as an abiding presence, an unchanging deep stillness, an uncaused joy beyond good and bad. This is the joy of Being, The peace of Source/God.”

It’s that feeling when you let go of the contrast that is your guidepost to evolution, in other words the negative conditions that show you what you don’t want and guide you to what you do want. It shows you yes, this is what I desire to create as a creative being in this time space reality. Desire creates expansion. Then there is a pause like the breath in and out. But all this creating and the human drama is done with the peaceful undertone of the universal or eternal flow. The creations are not your value or your life’s worth, they are only your life’s circumstances.

It is to fully allow life, unlimited by fear and live in the eternal now, now! Allowing the present moment to be. There is a beautiful simplicity to it.
